Evolve Youth Health

Evolve is a health and social support centre run by and for young people who find themselves outside the mainstream.  Wesley Community Action employs a social worker to work as a part of the Evolve Team.  This is a three way partnership involving Evolve, the South Eastern City PHO and Wesley Community Action.

Evolve, located on Eva St, is for young people around 10 - 25 years old.  It provides a wide range of free and confidential services; including a range of specialist help (doctor, nurse, counsellors and social worker) information, youth support workers, and a hang-out space with free pool table, internet access and much more.
