Beyond Cycles of Debt

On 27 April 2010 Porirua City Council, Wesley Community Action and the Todd Foundation hosted a forum, bringing together over 50 people from all parts of Porirua community to share, learn and act on the question;

• What would it be like if there wasn't a high level of crippling debt in our community?
